'I am breathing against the camera lense
while filming a black line drawn onto grey card. the aspirate
and condenstion blurr and finally make the line disappear.
the condesation on the lense dries up shortly after and therefore
the line reappears. I repeat the action several times. the
video is being projected onto a fake concrete wall (concave)
with the sound played aloud. the dimensions and the shape of
the wall derive from the studio wall of the museum of modern
art in dublin where I did an artist in residence in 2003|04.' |

both constructions for the projections are set in an 90º
angle on the floor. the figure in the video bounces up
and down horizontally
due to the turned position of the camera. the front- and back
of the head hitting the wallconstructions creates a banging
sound.
both sequences are played at random. the heads point in the
same direction toward the corner, one facing the ceiling,
the other
the floor.
